We are working in the unfolding of "participatory organization" for seminars. The events will happen because there is a collective will to bring it from intention to reality.
Please read below.
Table of content
Collective intelligence is a new research discipline (like sociology or anthropology). Collective intelligence helps us see how evolutionary forces are opening new paths for the next forms of social life, and what are the possibilities offered to us as individuals. How do individuals cooperate? What is the relationship between the individual and the collective? Is it necessarily conflicting? What is the link between being and doing? What are the technologies? What is that we call "right placement" ? What is a culture? A belief system? What are the invisible architectures? How do we get a sense of the whole?
This seminar is for those who want to understand, support and contribute to the next forms of social life that evolution is creating in humanity. It doesn't matter whether participants are leaders, coaches, politicians, social entrepreneurs, simple citizens, students, inventors, politicians or writers. What matters is their openmindedness, their commitment to explore new paradigms, their will to combine personal growth and culture, technology and body practice, being and doing.
Participants leave the seminar with keys and early practice that allow them to see possible paths, for themselves as well as for the organizations they lead or support.
Here are some of the topics covered in the seminar:
A 3 days seminar is too short to become an expert on collective intelligence. Just like sports or music, expertise arises through regular practice and training with others. Participants are encouraged to take this direction.
The seminar is not about personal development and group therapy, although we do go in our edges for building CI practice with others. It is a space for building next forms of organizations, which requires openmindedness, curiosity, a strong will to open to ourselves and others.
Attendees are already on a path of personal growth. It is required that participants have already gone through enough personal development and solved relational issues that may stop a whole group. Openmindedness, curiosity, wonder, are necessary.
Attendees are open to meditation as well as the integral approach described earlier (body, mind, spirit). They understand that human experience is a subjective inner construct mirroring with an external objective phenomenology of the world, hence being and doing cannot be lived separately.
Attendees are open to the diversity of proposed exercises, be they physical, methodological, intellectual, spiritual or emotional. Attendees are in good physical condition and happy to move their body. They have also read the paper: "Collective intelligence: the invisible revolution".
Attendees also have good understanding and practice of the Internet and socialware. They are open to innovation and technology as being linked to consciousness. They are willing to learn the next technologies and tools that will sustain the next forms of collective intelligence.
Fill in the registration form.
There you can decide what percentage of conventional money and what percentage of WEs you want to pay (more explanation is below).
Important advice: please don't wait that enough participants are registered to make your final decision. If everyone is waiting for everyone, then the event will never happen. Your individual action and accountability is what gives life to the collective. This is why numbers and status are shared and updated, so that everyone can make sovereign and responsible steps. These are practical dynamics of global collective intelligence.
A $260 USD deposit is necessary to secure the upfront expenses and book the place.
In case the event doesn't happen, $20 USD are kept to cover TheTransitioner transaction and admin expenses. You will be reimbursed $240 USD.
All accountabilities are now fulfilled! Yet heralds that spread the voice to all corners are welcome. The more people we are the lower the expense. Move to step 4.
The seminar will become possible when every acountabilities below are fulfilled. You may decide to take one accountability, or support someone in charge. The wealth that you will earn can partially, if not fully, support your seminar fees.

The tables below will update each time someone new registers. The more registered people, the less the fees (as they are shared between participants).
You may decide to pay in the following ways:
* 75% WEs and 25% USD
* 50% WEs and 50% USD
* 25% WEs and 75% USD
* 100% USD
Details are given in the 3 tables below:
The way these numbers are calculated is right here.
Once you are fully registered you will be given the password to access to the participants's list and contact information.
Food will be vegetarian organic food, including teas and drinks for breaks. The persons in charge of organizing the food are looking for the best possible prices. The money you pay for the seminar (conventional money or WEs) is what makes TheTransitioner sustainable as an organization. We have decided to give this seminar because we know it is useful and it changes people's and organizations' lives. We do it with joy and sense of purpose. If you still think this event is too expensive, you may read this page for more food for thought.Other Questions?
Where does the money go?
This event is too expensive!
What if I don't have enough money to attend this seminar?
Well, that's exactly what WEs are made for. Not everyone has money, but everyone has wealth, in the deepest sense (knowledge, experience, resources, goods, time...). You may not get much conventional money with your true wealth, but you will certainly have no problem earning WEs, and then build wealth with the collective intelligence community.
Finding sponsors is time consuming and we haven't invested this time. Please do contact us if you want to become responsible for finding conventional money from sponsors or donors.
WEs is one of the currencies issued by TheTransitioner.org to create a sustainable economy in the collective intelligence community that is not 100% dependent on the conventional scarce money. WEs can be earned by providing your own work to anyone and any organization who join this currency. All you have to do is create an account in the flowplace. There you can see the offers that can make you earn WEs that you can then spend for the seminar and for any other need you may have.
From the scarce money point of view, you may think "Why so many WEs? If I convert them to dollars, this is lot's of dollars for an event!" Well, that's the old conventional thinking when conventional money is scarce. You have to make a paradigm shift. WEs are issued because people create and exchange wealth inside the collective intelligence community. And because the sense of community, support and purpose are strong, then you give a lot, and you receive a lot. Think the community like a living body. When you move a lot, then your blood flow increases. A lot is pumped out of your heart, but a lot comes in. This is the signature of intense activity. So, don't worry about the amounts of WEs, this is not like scarce dollars you need to hunt in the wild world. This is wealth that everyone creates together in a passionate and intense way.What are the WEs?
How do I earn WEs?
Why so many WEs?
This is theoretically possible if you can't do otherwise, but we strongly advice against it. Arriving the evening before allows us to settle down and rest, to get connected with the place, to prepare ourselves internally, and to meet the other attendees. If we arrive directly in the morning to jump into the seminar it gets much more challenging to enter into the right energy of the seminar, with ourselves as well as with the other participants.
Leaving before the end is theoretically feasible, but not advised. Leaving before the end will make you miss the fruits of a work that is built during the previous days. Leaving the evening of the 3rd day is also possible, but it will prematurely stop your process of acquisition that requires to settle down a little bit before getting back into ordinary life. You will also leave a group in which strong links got built. These links are more expressed in the end when everyone begins to know each other deeply. The last evening is definitely one of these resourcing and festive spaces.
