Goal of seminars

The goal of the seminars is to train people in Collective Intelligence, Wisdom and Consciousness.

Eventually this training can lead participants to build "stem cells" that will replicate, share their 'social DNA' (value system, vision, methodologies, technologies, etc) beside or even inside bigger organizations. These 'social stem cells' will fertilize entirely new social ecosystems. They are core circles of pioneers committed to embody evolution in their own individual and social life. These stem cells inspire others because marry efficiency, depth and happiness. They are not a new political system, or yet another 'ism', but a sociologically observable evolution in human social species.

Who are the seminars for?

The seminars are for those who want to become pioneers, i.e. learn cutting edge vision, tools and technologies that will characterize evolved organizations (see context). They are not aimed at people who are only willing to remain in the conventional way of being and doing. Invited to participate is anyone open to transforming themselves and their world views, to stepping in the unknown, and anyone who thinks wisdom driven organizations are not only possible but necessary.

What's in the seminars?

The first part of the seminars consist in providing people with a new paradigm and language, so they can use more powerful distinctions and descriptions about organizations and social life.

Practice can begin afterwards. All planes of being are solicited: physical, emotional, mental, elevated consciousness, at the individual and collective level. Martial arts, role play, systemic thinking, meditation, social architectures are combined in the training. An important place is given to socialware. Socialware is the combination of social software and cyberspace. It allows organization to manage themselves without the need to use hierarchies as in pyramidal collective intelligence. Socialware triggers bottom-up expertise and leadership, it supports the emergence of dynamic, systemic, highly adaptive global organizations in complex environments.

Wisdom is explored through universal wisdom traditions, collective 'sensing' through meditation and generative dialogue.

The aim is to move from a core circle operating in the same physical space, to a remote circle coordinating through socialware and being able to scale up into a global wisdom driven organization.

Where do they take place?

Seminars can happen anywhere in the world, usually in retreat and spiritual centers.

In order to limit our travel time and keep a balanced life, we try to organize most of them in Provence, where the headquarters of TheTransitioner organization is located.

Seminars in Provence happen at the gorgeous spiritual center of Les Auquiers.

How much do they cost?

Our fees are high if compared with other "organizational development" consulting firms. However, our seminars produce substantial tangible results in capacity building and transformation to higher stages of collective consciousness. For such results, the fees are a very small investment. Because our purpose is not to close a sale but rather to serve the global evolutionary process within human organizations, our seminars are priced on a sliding scale. Thus our intent is to work with all kinds and scales of organizations.

The fees we charge, in addition to covering our basic expenses, also cover ongoing R&D projects that we are involved with in partnership with other organizations. These projects feed back into the content of the seminars, and are an integral part the value we provide.

We are confident that value of the seminars is commensurate with the fees we charge, and and those who have pioneered with us can attest to this fact. References are available on request.

Are they too expensive?
