No. Our vocation is to help human organizations evolve towards more conscious, more elaborated forms, richer in their being and more efficient in their doing, with the human in the center. Indeed it personal growth is required -- and we go there -- but this is not an objective, it's a consequence. This is why we ask attendees that they already have some path of personal development behind them. This path provides them with tools for self reflection, for knowing ourselves and others, for not being scared by the unknown, for dealing with unexpected situations, for getting more familiar with consciousness dynamics. Then one is ready to get to the next stage: how human organizations could become at the same time global, aware, intelligence and wise?
Because the objective is not only to share knowledge and techniques. The spiritual dimension is part of the journey, it is also a time to settle down. Silence and meditation, a deep thinking about life, the understanding of fundamental dynamics of consciousness are part of the path. This is why the word 'seminar' seems more accurate, although there is no religious aspect.
Spiritual refers to whatever is about growth of ourselves, of consciousness, of freedom, of happiness, of joy and celebration of life. The spiritual path is not necessarily religious, it can be totally secular. Indeed this is the choice we made: the tools we use and the spiritual path we take are secular.
This is theoretically possible if you can't do otherwise, but we strongly advice against it. Arriving the evening before allows us to settle down and rest, to get connected with the place, to prepare ourselves internally, and to meet the other attendees. If we arrive directly in the morning to jump into the seminar it gets much more challenging to enter into the right energy of the seminar, with ourselves as well as with the other participants.
Leaving before the end is theoretically feasible, but not advised. Leaving before the end will make you miss the fruits of a work that is built during the previous days. Leaving the evening of the 3rd day is also possible, but it will prematurely stop your process of acquisition that requires to settle down a little bit before getting back into ordinary life. You will also leave a group in which strong links got built. These links are more expressed in the end when everyone begins to know each other deeply. The last evening is definitely one of these resourcing and festive spaces.
This is a personal standpoint of view that puts your value system in front of the scene. Many people don't hesitate to invest high amounts of money to buy a car or paint their living room. Indeed they remain greedy in regards to financial means they place into their personal evolution. We recommend that you read this page in order to give yourself more time to think about it.
Where does the money go?
Lack of conventional money should never stop us to move forward, specially when this is about our journey in life. Door will always be open, specially with free currencies. In any case let's talk about it and we are confident that joyful and right solutions will show up.
One of the aspects of collective intelligence consists in understanding tomorrow's humanity, therefore what should imperatively happen. A healthy and sustainable way to feed ourselves embodies this quest. So we eat organic food whenever possible (there are some countries where this is not as easy).
And why vegetarian? Because most collective intelligence pioneers connected to TheTransitioner have made this personal choice. Without the will to advocate anything we just want to embody our values during the time of the seminar. The other advantage of vegetarian food is its lightness. It allows us to stay light, and physically, intellectually and spiritually available and open during the seminar.
