Quantity of work
Current estimation is an average of 2 days a week to begin with. Then it is likely to evolve towards a ½ time then a full time job. The quantity of work will depend on the quality of services we create for TheTransitioner community, which can quickly reach thousands of users, and then large organizations that are inspired by our model.
Wealth and compensation
- at the present moment TheTransitioner doesn't provide payment in conventional money to its members since it is still in the launching phase. Therefore it is required that early participants have other sources of conventional income.
- following the philosophy of TheTransitioner, all participants investing their wealth (time, expertise, resources...) have to be acknowledged and rewarded by the community. Therefore what is not accounted in conventional money is accounted in free currencies via the flowplace. The candidate needs to understand and become confident with this evolutionary approach. An appreciative inquiry will allow TheTransitioner and the candidate to evaluate what are the currency agreements that needs to be settled so that everyone's need is fulfilled.
- the candidate will be invited to participate to collective intelligence seminars so he/she can keep up with the global R&D work, and apply it as his/her own work.
