CI stands for Collective Intelligence. CIWC stands for Collective Intelligence, Wisdom and Consciousness.

Collective intelligence (CI) is the capability of an organization in a complex context to envision a new future and then attain it. CI is mostly about the external/practical aspects of how an organization manages itself, i.e. the doing.

Collective consciousness (CC) is when the members of an organization experience a sense of being part of a greater body inhabited by its own consciousness. This collective consciousness becomes at the same time an outcome and an attractor. Nourishing and tapping into this collective consciousness is an awakening and empowering experience for members.

Collective wisdom (CW) is the capability for an organization to step into a live, vibrant experience of shared wisdom and take wise directions from that experience.

CIWC seminars cover all aspects of individual and social, being and doing in a balanced way to become part of this evolutionary wave. It is appropriate for people and organization who have already realized that the work on being is as essential – and should be balanced with – the work on doing.
